These Terms govern your use of the Vortel website and platform, provided by [LEGAL NAME] ("Vortel", "we"). By creating an account or using Vortel, you accept them for yourself and for the organization you represent.

Vortel is an autonomous revenue platform. It researches prospects, drafts and sends outreach, and books meetings inside the rules and limits you set.
You need an account to use Vortel. Each workspace has its own members, roles (Admin, Operator and Viewer), settings and data. You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping sign-in details secure.
Plans are billed monthly or annually, as shown on our Pricing page. Usage within a plan is measured in credits. You can manage cards, invoices and cancellation in the billing portal. [BILLING TERMS]

You are responsible for the outreach sent from your workspace. That includes complying with the anti-spam, privacy and telemarketing laws that apply to you and to your recipients, and with the terms of the platforms you connect, such as LinkedIn.
You agree not to use Vortel to:
Vortel enforces hourly and daily sending caps for each workspace and warms up LinkedIn activity gradually.
You keep ownership of the data you bring into Vortel, including Company Brain content and prospect lists. You allow us to process it only to provide and support the service, and you confirm you have the right to use it for the purposes you configure.
Vortel drafts messages and takes actions using AI. You choose the autonomy level for each workspace and can require approval before anything is sent. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content according to the settings you choose.
Vortel connects to services you choose, such as email, calendar and LinkedIn accounts. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
The Vortel software, design and documentation belong to [LEGAL NAME]. These Terms do not transfer ownership of them to you.
Each party will protect the other's non-public information and use it only for this relationship.
We may suspend a workspace that puts the service, other customers or recipients at risk, or that breaks these Terms, and we will explain why when we can. You can stop using Vortel at any time. [DATA AFTER TERMINATION]
Vortel is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results, such as reply rates or meetings booked. We do not offer a service level agreement or an uptime guarantee unless one is agreed in a separate written contract.
